Waited almost four years for a hearing with BVA Had hearing August 4th, 2009 Received judges decision on December 30th, 2009-- remanded- gone to AMC (not RO) Received letter from AMC on January 25, 2010- saying they had obtained most current medical records that were NOT included in appeal records (thanks RO) Waiting on C&P schedule.
